Gary Lucas 20th Anniversary Show--"The Train Kept a Rollin'"

Celebrating 20 years of recording and performing with his band Gods and Monsters, guitarist extraordinaire Gary Lucas put together an evening length show booked by Live Nation at the sumptuous Gramercy Theater in NYC on 6/11/09 that spanned the length and breadth of his career. Here he performs with Gods and Monsters and his very special guest wildman Jon Spencer (Blues Explosion, Heavy Trash) a double guitar attack version of Johnny Burnette's classic "The Train Kept a Rollin'", immortalized by Gary's favorites The Yardbirds (and produced by legendary Giorgio Gomelsky, Gary's old friend who filmed the first ever Gods and Monsters debut show in Prospect Park Brooklyn at 1989, check it out here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zFvstrxqXD0&feature=channel_page.
