one thing alot of people dont think about is the mile an hour the zr1 gets in the 1/4both my zr1 trap between 116-121 in the 1/4. not many cars achieve those speeds

luv them Old ZR1s .. LOVE THEM!! what a machine!!! ahead of its time! i dont think i would want to put up the cash if i had to replace an engine, but i love them cars

Yes, it is. Look at the windshield, the rear license plate (euro-size plate cutout with spaces on either side), the center high mounted stop light (the base model had the center stop light integrated into the bumper), the rear bumper width, the bottom of the car (rocker panels) where it flares down rather than curving back under the car. It most definitely is a ZR-1.

come on.....standard c6 in comparison with c4 zr1 is slower......the old zr1 has 400 bhp .....Z06 would be an interesting opponent

Very, VERY bad run for that C6. An LS2 should be 12.5, an LS3 12.3.
I have a '08 and I ran 12.102 bone-stock.
But still, the C4 ZR-1 is no joke. Love them!

saento rebuild an lt4 is about 8k. fortunatly i have a 20 k mile spare just in case . the blk car now has a nelson racing twin turbo set up thats just plain nuts fun to drive. if you are thinking of buying 1 now is the time and they will only go up in price in a couple of years . you only go around once
