Deer -- Homeless Fawn

After being hit by a car and surviving with a few minor injuries. this fawns mother is then struck and killed
by another car in MillstoneTwp.

It was late at night when she was found so this now motherless deer spent the night in Michael's room sleeping soundly in a laundry basket.

Ths video was taken as he was heading out with the fawn to the Assunpink Willife Management Area to see what Fish and Game can do for her.

Now now, no need to get upset, people eat deer all the time, hunters, other predators, etc.

It's part of life, I'm sorry but we cannot preserve every living creature we wish. For example, think of a chicken, we eat them, so why not deer? I don't like deer meat, I'm just saying, it's called a food chain, and us, and the deer, are part of it.

Aw, I want it as a pet, it looks so lonely
