I'm not sure if this is the weirdest (strangest) video ever, or if that honor belongs to Cyriak's animation mix or one of his other videos. Anyhow, I think it's a good video response to one of those natural hallucination videos that's supposed to give you some sort of hypnosis high. I saw all this stuff once when I was having a drug free hallucination, and had to rate it appropriately.
If I remember correctly, the formal title of this video is "An Excuse For Monsters And Avoiding The Development Of Character." I figure it's more efficient for the eye to read text as it moves back to the left once it finishes its business of moving to the right.
This video can be looked at in two ways. Either it's good because it's attempting to discover new exploration methods for G-rated ideas, or it's bad because there's a possibility that it could open the door for corrupting the current pool of G-rated material. I wonder what Freud would say. Is it insanity, mental illness, or just something silly? Is it more like a fairy tale book for children, or more like a nightmare trip for druggies?
I think a part of me made this video to show that I can still think of very weird stuff while remaining drug-free. I don't need drugs. So consider this video an open challenge to anyone who thinks they can make a weirder video by taking LSD, acid, shrooms, or whatever. No matter what weird stuff they come up with as a result of drug use, I intend to top it.
I'm not the first to do something this unusual of course, but I believe I am the first to give it the name, "G-Rated Shock Value." I've done my best to keep it as disturbing as possible without the use of any kind of sex, violence, profanity, or adult situations. I wanted it to be somewhat creepy, but completely innocent. Sort of like a warped (but imaginative) episode of Reading Rainbow or Sesame Street. Hopefully it reminds people a little of Tim Burton. I like that Pee-Wee Herman movie he did.
I call this video an excuse instead of a story because of the obvious lack of any formal plot. If I attempted to include such a thing, it would be little more than padding. Plots aren't my gift.
If you like G-rated shock value, you might want to check out these books:
Alice's Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll
The Phantom Tollbooth by Norton Juster
The Golden Key by George MacDonald
The Neverending Story by Michael Ende
You might also want to check out some surrealist paintings by Dali and Magritte, although they're not ALWAYS G-rated. Sometimes they are.
If the Book of Revelation wasn't so violent, it would kind of be like G-rated shock value too.
The music at the end is from a public domain song called Block and Tackle by some folks called the Black Diamond Twins. It was taken from publicdomain2ten.com. All drawings were done with Microsoft Paint, except I think I used Photoshop on one of the drawings to rotate something.

This is the first time that I admire someone who portrays ignorance on what effect psychedelic drugs have. Bravo.

@zhulia I'm more willing to admit my ignorance now than in the past. I personally despise drugs and want nothing to do with them, but I do think it would be cool to have a real hallucination where I can see whatever I want to see, and then return to the normal world at will. And I was hoping hallucinations would be more like what I have in this video here.

@theboombody Haha, well through my own experiences it's not so much about hallucinations (esp. at will hallucinations) then it is about the effect it has on your spirit and "inner eye" -- although, Carroll's logic and character portrayed in Alice is a near perfect setup for hallucinogens to absorb itself in, and it so follows that what you have in your video here could possibly really, really absolutely confound someone on them. for better or for worse depends. but this video is not harmless

@zhulia I wish there was more Lewis Carroll type stuff out there. Dr. Seuss's stuff is pretty trippy too.

@theboombody I completely understand that. A lot of my own writing follow along those sorts of lines.
