'Some mistakes' - try 'hasn't done one damn thing right'. I was an SEIU organizer and campaigned for Obama. This is guilt I must now live with, the deaths of 200,000 Libyans and scores of Afghans and Iraqis are now on MY hands and on YOURS. But not if we 'repent'. Then its just on Obama, who must be removed from office.

I think Obama honestly and truly things the GOP can be reasoned/negotiated with. He naively thinks they are willing to compromise on solutions. If he just did what he said he would do, and push it through without trying to be friendly it would turn out better.

And no, I think the GOP will do MUCH worse if its Bachmann/Perry/Cain/Palin.

Vote for Obama...or else the GOP will enact nearly the exact same policies. The problem with Obama is that he squandered the democratic majority while screwing over the congressional dems (a la 2010) by not fighting on any single issue and giving the GOP 100%+ of what they want. Then when the shitty GOP policies fail to help the economy the GOP turns around, blames Obama and demands even more.

Obama is either worst negotiator in history or he agrees with the GOP on almost every issue
