you really think if the government wanted to kill people they would do it like this, right in the sky for all of us to notice, i dont think so, there are many other ways they could poison us without us ever knowing, water systems for example, put a little "chemicals" in our water supply and people will start dropping like flies, think about it people. there have been hundreds of "government conspiracies" in the past and none of them ever end up being true
