XENIA, Ohio (WKRC) -- Charges are filed against an Ohio State Patrol Trooper who hit two people on a motorcycle. Jacob Daymon is charged with failure to maintain assured clear distance, that's a misdemeanor. The Greene County Grand Jury declined to indict him on felony charges. Dash cam video of the incident near Xenia back in August shows the collision. The motorcyclists were wearing helmets and were not seriously injured. The victims have said they consider it an accident and have no hard feelings against Daymon.
