The leather is a dead give away. Easiest way to tell is that fakes use fake leather. Leather has natural fibers, and it absorbs moisture. That is why it discolors after you carry it a while. If you lick your finger and rub it across the leather strap, the inside leather tag, or the leather trim it will absorb the moisture and cause your finger to stop sliding. Fake leather will be slick and your finger will slide. I buy, sell, and trade designer merchandise, and this method never fails me Ever.

I have a coach bag from a purse party: only 40 bucks. The thing is it looks ABSOLUTEY real!!!! No joke! But it might be cuz it's only a very tiny one, as big as a standard book.

@fashiondave1 P.S. This goes for all designer bags that use leather. I've Never seen a fake bag use actual leather, It wouldn't be cost effective to mass produce. The PVC purses are different. You can still check the handles though. Good Luck

@londonjames69 I would research the bag, because now with some of their new designs they might have the pattern that way, but i am not positive because I am not sure which bag you have.

do the c's line up even on the bottom. I found a bag that looks perfect but the bottom doesnt line up
