LOL! Ron Paul followers "like a cult"? I witnessed something like a cult four years ago, and their leader was elected president.
-
Another comment below says that 'Ron Paul is running for president, not to be Jesus of Nazareth.'
So please tell me why his followers (sorry, the PC term is 'supporters') seem to believe that he IS Jesus of Nazareth? Have been cursed out by enough of his fan(atic)s for disagreeing with his views or for simply using the word 'Israel'; even by those who claim to be Christians themselves!
What is it about Ron Paul that causes his people to lose their grip on sanity?
Almost like a cult.

Ron: 'I don't carry my religion on my sleeve.'
Funny. Barack Obama said the same thing when the poll came out that 1out of 5 of Americans think he is a Muslim.
If you are a Christian, your belief in Jesus Christ is essentially WHO YOU ARE.
Matthew 5:14-15;
'Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle, and put it under a bushel, but on a candlestick; and it giveth light unto all that are in the house.'
Sorry, Ron. Fail.

"The Bible teaches us we should say our prayers in a closed room and not flaunt it or pretend we're holier than others" - Ron Paul.
Finally a Christian politician who I can respect.

Yep I like him

Where can I find the full interview

Trying to convince my parents in law to vote for Ron Paul...they agree with everything is about..he just doesn't want to round up every non christian and persecute them. What the fuck is wrong with Christians today!!! The bible is NOT the constitution, and the constitution is NOT the bible..and he is NOT running to be Jesus of Nazareth, he is running to be president of the United States of America! I believe in Jesus, and creation, but I have a hard time even associating myself with "Christians"

This guy has the perfect idea on everything, especially Religion.
This is why non-religious people are actually voting Republican for the first time.

@qwexas The question is.. If Jesus were to walk into your church, would he be accepted there? I think not. Christianity has become a secular term. We get too caught up in the title to bother with the description.. We don't put enough emphasis on Christ and his purpose on earth---to show God's love for humanity, his mercy and grace, and present the world the opportunity to have a relationship with their creator.

@qwexas I heard him about 3 weeks ago in one of the debates.. His answers and position on every issue are probably the most christ based stances of any candidate. I think this is particularly true in his foreign policy. Many christians say that we must help the oppressed and overthrow dictators.. i believe that Christ would disagree. We should not be playing God by deciding who lives and dies.. instead. the church of america can go over to those countries and share the love and hope of Christ.
Ron Paul is more Christian than any other GOP candidate or (obviously) Obama.
