A is for Adderall Interview Series: Stephen Elliott (Part 1)

We sat down with Stephen Elliott, author of "The Adderall Diaries", in the San Francisco Armory on May 27th, 2011 to discuss his life, work, and the role that Adderall has played in them. Filmed for our project, "A is for Adderall" , this was another step in the process of hearing how this drug is used by and influences a wide array of individuals throughout the nation and globe.

In this first part of the conversation, Stephen tells us about his childhood and adolescence as well as the personal learning style and the limitations that eventually lead to the diagnosis of his ADHD and subsequent medication prescribed to treat it.
