Amateur music video* featuring scenes from the movie called Jesus of Nazareth is a 1977 Anglo-Italian television miniseries dramatizing the birth, life, ministry, death, and resurrection of Jesus based on the accounts in the four New Testament Gospels. The worship and praise song in this music video is called "Abba Father" featuring Darlene Zschech, worship leader and songwriter from Hillsong Church. Darlene Zschech is worship pastor.

Hillsong Church (formerly Hills Christian Life Centre) is a Pentecostal Christian church affiliated with Australian Christian Churches, the Australian branch of the Assemblies of God denomination. The church is located in Sydney, Australia, headquartered at its "Hills" campus in Baulkham Hills' Norwest Business Park in the Hills District. These churches also have services in Paris, Berlin and Moscow.

Hillsong Music has topped Australian charts, with albums achieving gold and platinum sales status. Hillsong has made its mark internationally with many travelling to Sydney for the annual Hillsong Conference, which attracts over 26,000 people, as well as the sales of albums and teaching and the international reputation of its leadership. The Hillsong Television program is seen in over 160 countries and Hillsong International Leadership College is attended by over 900 students from many different countries. Hillsong Church currently claims that it is attended by over 20,000 people each week.

The Jesus of Nazareth miniseries was directed by Franco Zeffirelli, and produced by Lew Grade through his ITC Entertainment Company. Zeffirelli co-wrote the screenplay with Anthony Burgess and Suso Cecchi d'Amico. It was filmed entirely on location in Tunisia and Morocco. The total runtime is nearly six hours, twenty minutes.

The origin of the miniseries dates back to a conversation Zeffirelli, who is Roman Catholic, had with Pope Paul VI some time earlier in which the pope asked the director to make a film about the life of Jesus.

Jesus of Nazareth premiered March 27, 1977 on British television on the ITV network courtesy of ITC's parent company, Associated Television; it made its American premiere as an NBC Easter special, on April 3, 1977. For its fifth airing on American television at Easter 1987, TV Guide called Jesus of Nazareth "the best miniseries of all time" and "unparalleled television." Today it is considered one of, if not the most accurate portrayal of Jesus on film.
