Get out and walk as much as possible. Park at the end of the parking lot. Take the stairs. Try jogging for just a little at a time. Start out with something small like 5 seconds. Each time you go out, add 5 seconds to your total jogging time. Every little bit counts and it will add up, but if you never start, you'll never know.
