Good riddance to Gordon Brown, but don't cheer too loudly just yet.
If you were expecting improvements to the Work Capability Assessment format, then I'm afraid you're hoping for too much.
The proposed 'new changes' that may well become government policy should make anyone's hair stand on end
Especially when, if anything, the changes are geared even more to make an almost impossible test to pass even more impossible to pass.
This is even in the light of the Citizens Advice Bureau, MIND, Shaw Trust, and a multitude of other welfare/medical organisations strongly criticising the whole WCA format as being discriminatory, unfair, inflexible and potentially harmful.
If you're sick yourself, or have a relative or friend on the sick, or even if what you hear in this part of the clip and the other two parts strikes a chord with you, then one avenue is to write to your MP, or possibly a newspaper letters page.
Tell them that you cannot vote for a party that advocates such grossly fascistic policies - as all three main parties do - and that you cannot trust them when you're unfortunate enough to be in a position when you physically cannot work.

Appeal was done months ago, fucknut, which I won - and I knew well in advance I would.
Instead of trolling and moaning, find yourself a better job, and also a life while you're at it.

Also, do a google search for 'consumeractiongroup help me take atos to court' - that story's a shocker, and has some pertinent information contained.
