I seen how you were gluing up your stacked baffles. That works fine but if you have a CNC router with a vacuum hold down table I have a little trick for you to try. The sheet of wood being cut is held in place by drawing a vacuum through the spoil board. You can stack your glued baffles on the router then lay a sheet of plastic over them. The vacuum comming through the table will suck the sheet down compressing the parts. Glue will squeeze out & you will have a solid glue up free of air voids.

@adimicroscan33 I agree with you but not on subs, mdf is shit wich damps without dampening because it's really soft, so in the case of a sub it doesn't matter unless you don't have coils to filter out the high notes, in that case you should use glasswool 1/3 of the volume stacked up.
