CrossFit Norwest's Darren Jackson sets a new Guinness World Record for a Standing Vertical Jump (Box Jump) of 58.1 inches (147.7cm). CrossFit Norwest is Sydney's premier strength and conditioning facility in association with RAW Strength and Conditioning - "creating elite athletes."

  • Not a vertical jump. A damn sight good box jump...

    But not a world record at all. box jump records are well within 80 inches.
