The Prism range comprises of 3 models the P20 20 - watts 1 x 8", P35 35 watts 1 x 10" & P65 65 watts 1 x 12" and is a new and refreshing take on amp modeling. Gone are the days of simply approximating the sounds of other amplifiers. PRISM looks at the whole picture rather than just concentrating on one aspect of a players tone.

Each Prism amp features a common pre amp packed with features which can be run in two different modes: HERO and LIVE. In HERO MODE each amp comes pre-loaded with 11 HERO modes which take their inspiration from the different amp and effects combinations used on classic guitar recordings and reproduces these to give the player up to 22 inspirational guitar tones from clean to extreme which can be used in their own rights or as building blocks for finding your own tone.

In LIVE mode the unit functions as a conventional WYSIWYG amplifier, allowing the user to build tones using the onboard amp models and studio quality effects and store them to one of four channels for recall later. Each Prism amp houses a comprehensive multi-FX Palette consisting of 11 carefully selected effect combinations giving you access to all the classic studio quality effects youll need. The P35 and P65 also feature a variable BOOST feature which is just like putting a distortion pedal in front of the your amp.

Prism one becomes many.

  • @palagod can you please say the presets for your metallica sounds?

  • wow what a playing,nice video!

  • I have one of these and it is really awesome, i simply love it. It has a great sound for even blues, country, rock and metal. I highly recomend one of these ;P I have used it for 1 concert and it worked great ;P

  • @P3DRO02

Actually, he's playing the the hero mode presets, which sound a little bit weak for metal, i had the same doubt as you, but then I made my own settings and got the PERFECT metallica sound I was looking for. Anyways, remember this is a digital amp, and for playing on a band is not so good, even though it can rock pretty well. Anyways, if you are goign to play with a band, I would suggest an analog amp. Ive got this amp and it is great.

  • this shit rocks ass!

  • whats the first thing he played?
