i tried this pattern & i noticed that what she didnt tell us to do is first do 2 rows of purple (background color) across the strings & THEN start the pattern, that makes a huge difference!!!!!

@LPAPIK I never measure my strings so I dont really know... sorry... :( But i do know that your backround color should be longer than the other strands. You need one full skein of thread for your backround color.
