Illinois Republicans Mass around SB600

A rally held in Woodstock Illinois to demand the right to select who will represent Republicans at the Illinois Republican State level. Currently, there is no accountability for our Republican Party in Illinois. Voters do not have a say. Chris Lauzen has introduced Senate Bill 600 which is currently in the State Senate. If approved, it will once again give Republicans the opportunity to select who will represent them. Andy McKenna and his cronies are fighting this tooth and nail and have even vowed to expend all resources in a court of law to keep Republicans State wide from voting who represents them. Again, there were no children speaking. This was a representation of FAMILY'S. The Republican Party has always been pro-family so it' very natural to see Fathers (parents) holding their kids while speaking.

These were families, families have kids. Nothing disingenous about it.

You are certainly welcome to your opinion, I just think, in this case, it's a bit skewed.  The kids were with the parents and they went along for the ride - period.

SB600 has passed in the Illinois Senate 44-13. By the way all 13 who opposed SB600 were Republicans.

It now moves to the Illinois House, we must keep the pressure on folks!
