Well said, whiteleroy520. After hitting a $4200 jackpot at the Palms (Las Vegas) back in 2005, I became a compulsive gambler for three years. After losing thousands of dollars, I found the will to end my gambling habits. So far, I've been able to buy ALOT more things than what I used too when I was blowing my money away at the casinos. Gambling is a terrible disease and many don't know they actually have it. The path to compulsive gambling equals to financial destruction.

advice: try to find a new hobby that you enjoy, and don't get into debt... save as much as you can at a time. Talk to someone and be honest. Repeat.

I lost 1300 dollars this time I gave away my bankcard, keyes to my internettbank and going to give all my ID the day before pay day to my brother, its crazy but true. Props to that guy that gives us gambler a voice!

i lost about £6000 and it took a long time to save as i am unemployed  and got my self into £2500 debt because of my habbit but i have been clean for a while now i stopped because i love my child and my husband they mean more than a slot machine it is easy for me to say it now but at thhusband did not hide my stuff time it was hard and a buzz for me. i resented the ones i love most and if my husband did not hide my stuff i would of selled it all and i am only 21 it is worth stopping :)

hey...thanks for the vid...i am a compulsive gambler! This month is the start of a new life..recently i have found that i am turning into a person i donot want to be! Its got to stop!! i am not a bad person but the gambling has caused me stress and pain through work and home life....it is not me.....i am going to beat this thanks for the realistic out look!! x
