Chronicles of a Teen Killer

This production is an in-depth, gritty documentary about the impact of Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) on society. A team of high school students from all over the Houston area was assembled by Texas Pictures to help create this powerful, graphic documentary that targets teens as the audience. The production team was given rare behind-the-scenes access to DWI enforcement, prisoner arrests and processing, DWI crash scenes, emergency rooms, courtrooms and other locations to develop the content of this documentary. The team of teens was involved in every stage of the production process to ensure the finished work effectively communicates to an audience of their peers. Actually, according to information gathered by YouTube about 25% of the viewers play all 32 minutes of the video. No way to know if they actually watch the entire time.

The version of this documentary that has the bad language censored, also posted on YouTube, doesn't do nearly as well. Everyone stops the video after about 12 minutes.

By the way, that's "jail cell" with a "c" not at "s".

DWI is a CHOICE, not an 'accident'. It doesn't just happen--someone makes a choice to drink under the influence. Minimum sentence should be 6 months in prison and a fine of 5% of your annual income. No leniency.
