I oftentimes experience sleep paralysis. This is when you wake up and can't move or talk. I talk about some of my experiences with it. As of April 25, 2008, I've have Sleep Paralysis 80 times in my life. I've been having it ever since I was 13. Lots of people say ways to get out of it, as if I didn't want more of it. Well, I don't want it to stop 'cause it's so interesting!
Omg just had one last night it wasn't that scary but i was still scared ive been having theae episoded aince i was 16 Im 20 now

@Theshnort I find your comment a coincidence because so have I. Might be because I'm experimenting with Lucid dreaming, but Sleep Paralysis feels weird and I just stop and continue the next night. The only thing to fear in Sleep Paralysis is Fear itself.

I have had a few of these experiences too. The last one was just a few weeks ago and by far the most intense and terrifying . I woke up paralyzed to what I thought was the shower running or a kettle boiling and every time i tried to focus my eyes on anything, everything progressively started spinning violently and unintelligible voices scrambling my head into utter chaos and confusion .

@TheCashin226 Interesting thought. The electrical activity that takes place in the body works around direct electrical impulses from the nerve-endings to the brain- not the kind of activity that would cause electrical buzzing (example being vibration in tungsten filament light bulbs caused by a rapidly alternating current). An explanation more consistent with the nature of sleep paralysis would be the projection of subconscious thought on the senses which could be anything the mind can conjure.

I experience this several times a week, AND sexual abuse dreams occasionally. I get that electric cracking sound that jolt me awake again, and I get spontaneous astral projections.
