We took a Techone Pulama to our local indoor meet. Flew perfectly until the inverted reversal. Tough aircraft though - only the centre EPP/Depron struts were damaged - simple repair and ready to fly again.
The Pulama could certainly be flown by a low airtime pilot thanks to its tough EPP construction and slow speed flight. However the model lacks the self righting ability of a Slow Stick and will basically fly wherever its pointed.
The Pulama was flown with an 800mAh 3s and a large AR7000 receiver - a very heavy set-up.
