Your response lacks clarity...but all the lines you mentioned have had IIs in their fleets. With HAL I thought there was already a Vista clone sailing under the NA name. I've given up following HAL as all their ships are really the same clones. Same foyers, lounges, dining rooms..all their rooms are named the same. A wonderful heritage that Carnivore has watered down to the point of being non existant. HAL is a sad comedown..from quality cruise line to a mass market amusement park.
Time to start reading some books about the history of HAL mate. You really don't have a clue where you talking about. It's the 4th vessel to be named in the 135 year history of the line. The first 1906/1932 second 1938/1973, third 1983/2000. Reusing old HAL names is a tradition not many cruise lines share even not Cunard. Only P&O and HAPAG have this tradition. Not to do with Carnival. BTW it's start to be boring to see you bashing Carnival. Over and over again. it's sick!
How many Nieuw Amsterdams does that make sailing now....3 now currently sailing under the same name? I guess the creative juices are gone from HAL now as they are with parent Carnival.
Poor HAL..they can't even come up with original names anymore. Being a Carnival company we can't expect too much from them.
