As for your claims about the US, it's not just South Asia. They have a history for doing it all over the world. Central and Latin America, Iran, even Liberia.

This is exactly why, democracy or freedom or all the buzzwords the West uses to justify the Wars in the Middle East are pure bullshit.

As far as South Asia is concerned, the US is the primary factor which destabilizes democracies. It was the US that opposed the creation of Bangladesh and blatantly SUPPORTED the government-sponsored genocide of the Bengalis in East Pakistan. It was the US that caused the civil wars in Nepal and Lanka to drag on.

@JaiHindArbhav - I agree. While the cycles of killings and crap have gone down in most African nations and several are on the rise this stuff goes on way too much in a few, like Liberia. Africa was done wrong and had horrible leaders put in place by the West during the Cold War but it's time to move on and time to start getting serious about advancing standards of living and the economy for the continent.

Its time for Africa to rise and do the same - so far - things still look pretty bad in Africa - the cycle of violence and killings seems endless -
