MISTERIOS is a journey in the complex and mysterious world of VUDU worshipping and spiritual possessions. Guided by the very voice of the 'Servidores de Misterio', we open a door into their faith, their ancient rituals and their supernatural experiences. The 'Servidores de Misterios', 'Los Caballos' (the horses) are the priests, the intermediaries between the spirits of the Loas and ordinary people. The spirits descend into their bodies sometimes after being invoked, especially during the intense drumming of a Fiesta de Palos. They are the 'Horses' who temporarily carry the spirit in their own body while in a state of trance. They are the people I followed and asked questions to, who permitted me to film the ceremonies and places of worship portrayed in this video.

Please note also Petro are not evil they are just more aggresive, they are the spirits of revolution, fertility, freedom, nature. They can heal and do negative work, there realm is more in the magical, the sorcery, while the Rada work more in the realm of spirituality but believe me there is Rada spirits who can do very dark work!!!

vibesprofesser knows what's up. let's just say that when practicing, sometimes the spirits will say "obeah" to refer to evil spirits. but then again some vodouisants practice vodou using a lot of obeah... which the good children of the lwa try very hard to stay from, living in love and light and spreading that joy to the world. there are many very friendly, positive haitian and other caribbean people who just love to speak only good, do good, and create good with Vodou.

Obeah by my studies my brother is more related to american vodou, but is overall more guedeish (they're patron is Papa Bones :)) and works more aggresively. Obeah admixtures more with western Goetiac practices (similair to certain secret societies in Haiti)

Nah, Obeah Is more of the magick used for bad purposes. Vodou is the religion and gift. However people throw around the word obeah soo much refering to vodou it kind of stuck.
