Again, I really had no intention of going back to Transformers the Movie (despite me always doing so..), but I had Batman on my mind, so I was checking out some stuff related to The Dark Knight. After seeing some awesome fan-made trailers featuring different movies, I thought "well golly I'd love to see a Transformers the Movie version of this!". Like Inception, it turned up no results. Like Inception, I felt like I had no choice but to do it. Also because I wanted to learn from it, like I did with the two others I made.
Inception gave me lots of freedom within a moderately strict theme, Daniel's Descent was 100% my creation and I had endless freedom, and this one was the hardest because I really didn't have a heck of a lot of freedom at all.
There are a few places where I extended a clip and whatnot, as I found the Dark Knight trailer to be very hectic, and when using Transformers clips, it was far too insane to keep up with. Maybe I'm getting old.
Anyway, if you can't tell, here's the cast:
Batman - Hot Rod
Joker - Galvatron
Alfred - Ultra Magnus
Fox - Kup
Gordon - Optimus Prime
Rachel - Arcee
Mayor - Jazz
Overall I'm quite happy with this, and am very surprised that so many scenes just fit in so perfectly with everything. Clearly meant to be, right?

Pretty good but to many scenes fade to black.

@Returnity To get this trailer as accurate as possible, I edited it directly overtop the Dark Knight trailer and followed it almost shot for shot (one or two exceptions, like Kup being on screen a bit longer), cutting and fading where it faded. Maybe Transformers' much brighter palette makes it more jarring whenever there's a fade.
