Our map gives us a brief history of the world's most well-known religions: Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism, and Judaism. Selected periods of inter-religious bloodshed are also highlighted.   • interesting facts:

    Abraham came from the land east of the Indus river valley. The people of his land were Hindi. Pronounced accordingly, his name was "Ah-BRAHMIN," meaning "of Brahmin." Abraham was therefore a devote of Brahmin; the "supreme god of all creation."

    HInduism associates 2 Gods with Brahmin. The first is "Aum." Aum is the physical manifestation of Brahmin, who is seen and heard. (Jesus?) -The other is "Shiva," the feminine spirit of wisdom. In Proverbs 8, wisdom is a "she."

  • @GrandmasterTigerfist Yep, the foundations of the Hindu religion can be linked all the way back to the polytheism of the Proto Indo-European peoples.
