  • We made it to 2-3 Hours where the dog would be OK with us gone, but it took daily practice sessions for 2-3mo's, often leaving the house w/treat to go nowhere, standing or reading outside, timing it, coming back in before they cry at all. If they cry you're moving too fast. We use Webcam & QT Pro to record progress -best idea ever. If they damage/ make a mess DONT scold them. makes them more scare of U. Read 'Dont shoot the dog' OR get a 2nd dog!! in our case 2 dogs was so much easier than one!

  • You'll here all kinds of advice - every dog is so different. sep anx dogs often just need human or another dogs (sometimes cat) presence to feel OK. We've seen most progress w/ positive & treat training.

Leave & arrive w/o making a scene, dont touch the dog for 5-10 mins. Kong or fav frozen treats to occupy them when u r away & make it very positive by only giving best treats when not home. Start 30 secs If no cries, 60 seconds & you'll find how long you can leave. Its a SLOW process but works.

  • omg my dog goes crazy when i leave he has trash 2 kennels stripped the bottom of my doors..pee'd everywhere pooped everywhere. and destroyed my window blinds... what are u doing for your dog cause i so need help in that department?
