@kublakhen Why? That guitar is so many types of legitimacy.

@kindaaredneckkindaar Correct. Rush represented many "eras". In some cases, Rush created the era.

I realize that it was the 80's and all, but Geddy needed to toss that Steinberger in the nearest receptacle and grab his trusty Rickenbacker.
Those things just irritate me.

I remember being shocked when this came out. It was so different from their sound just 2 or 3 years earlier(Tom Sawyer, Limelight, etc). Their look was alot different too. These mid 80's albums were ok, but nothing like their previous albums. I liked Presto. It was their comback.

@giantmidget08 They're bloody massive, what are you talking about?!

Very few groups will i like every song they put out .
Rush is one

Just a massively under rated band. If they were from California or the UK they would be better appreciated, but coming out of Canada they were just not respected enough. One of the alltime best bands lyrically, musically. Just amazing what sounds these 3 could make.

Alex's cherry red stainless pick guard fender is soooo sweeet!

@banzaimotorcross Y-gen musician here. We are, trust me.

One of the only bands where every song, on every one of their albums rocks. And their still going stronger than ever TODAY... Hope the next generation takes notes on this band. Because most of Todays noise is just that,,

Alex is awsome when playing vocals and guitar, Geddy guitar hero king, and theirs no stopping Neil he's the best drummer of all time.

@safcdude I totally agree with everything except that "Rush were of an era" they are just as relevant today as they were back when they hit big in the late 70's
