Thanks for the comment. It's using a basic sytrus gate at 1:01 when the synth hits- you can get most sytrus synths to do that by selecting the Operator 1 tab, selecting the volume envelope, then clicking on the tiny white arrow located at the bottom to the right of the knobs and selecting "open state file". This will give you the basic synth pattern of your choosing, from which you can further customize the gate in the piano roll with the lengths of your notes etc.
