This video was created as a teaching project for nursing school. Its purpose is to educate those who are possibly at risk for developing CHF as well as the general public. This film was produced, written, and reenacted by VN to RN transition students.
great video. very informative and to the point. The students were very professional and were well informed themselves.

Great video. My dad is not a smoker but had the same symptoms as Mrs.Wetlung.If he would have had regular checkups he would have known it was his heart. He lived 6 months with these symptoms thinkning it was just old age. When he finally went to the doctor he was told that 4 of his arteries were blocked and had surgery the same day.Very scary! Thanks for the video.

That is so sad for ms wetlung. As I am wiping a tear from my eye, I am wondering if wetlung made it or did the lack of information/education make her bite the big one. You did your job but if wetlung wants to be a rebel and not obey then too bad. You should have told wetlung how sorry you were and kiss her on the mouth. This would have made her feel better or vomit out some of that fluid. You did do an A+ job and Mel gibson would be envious. Next time do it naked.

What a great instructional production. It is clear that the writers of this video have a indept knowledge of the causes, sypthoms, and effectives of CHF. The video could easily be understood by those of us outside the medical profession.

I am very impressed with the way this video shows the confusion that the patient was feeling when told that she had CHF and the way the nurses stepped in to teach her about her illness and the signs and symptoms of which she should be aware. Very informative. I collect CHF Core Measure data on my job and think this could be a wonderful teaching tool.

Very informative, brings attention to how we sometimes ignore the little signs and symptoms. Reassures the listener that health and lifestyle changes can help manage CHF
