  • where do people get all this techno music. I have ubuntu. There are so many makes of linux, i wonder which one is best. I don't want to have to install them all to find out.

  • good question. However, I got this particular music track from youtube's "swap audio" feature. There is music stream links from ubuntu also. Open "apps. > Sound > Rythumbox. Then click "Radio"...or u can use Amarok, which has more streams. (u have to install it - sudo apt-get install amarok)

  • btw, I think ubuntu is a very good choice at this time. The reason I like it is because it's based on Debian (a very good distro), so it can theoretically do anything debian can do, and it has a large user base (actually the largest!)

  • That wasn't extremely boring. I'm planning on installing fedora 7. Thank you very much for the video! ;-)

  • ah! for some people this isn't boring ><

  • lol... i only saw the "Fedora 7 setup -- CAUTION: EXTREEM" in a diff video before it cut off... i wasn't expecting that title

  • oh...well I think there's nothing special in this video (except sending the hardware profile XD)

  • The thing that most people like about ubuntu is its more windows based, what i'm building up at the moment or setting up rather is a web server, gone for Fedora, we use it at work for our productional webserver, Fedora's aimed at that but there's some critics saying its more hackable since allot of companies are using it for webservers, but depends on ya own taste I suppose, freeBSD is aparently better for webservers but since I used Fedora and RHEL at university thats what I use so it fits.

  • If only fedora was that quick to install.

Did you use a VM to record that vid? how? why? ect.

Xubuntu bizarrely seems to install in that time. Super fast.

  • not boring.

im gonna install this fedora when the patch for

    networkmanager bug is out.
