You made it look entirely too easy, but I'm sure it wasn't. What about avalanche danger from all the fresh snow? How many camps total did you use? How long was your expedition?

A very unassuming guy. I met him at Italian base camp as he was preparing to walk out and he told us he'd climbed to within 150M to the summit but neglected to mention he'd skied down !

Did you climb the mountain in regular ski boots or specialized mountaineering/ski boots.

I was using Dynafit ZZero 4 Boots, which is regular ski touring boots. They are not as comfortable and warm as climbing boots but it works.
