For all those who are seeking live footage of Adriana Evans, check out my channel, I uploaded her first appearance performing on tv in April of 1997 on BET's Planet Groove hosted by Rachel, check it out!!
@soulsista1220 Yeah the first cd. Been a fan since way back then. I never understood why she never rode the wave of Erykah B and Maxwell during that period of organic 70's inspired soul music. But I knew then as I know now, that she is an artist that is to be treasured.
@bolder2009 Thats deep. U talkin about her first cd? I've been waitin to c her since I saw her "Seein Is Believin" video on BET back in the 90's, then I haunted the music store waiting for her whole cd to drop. I love her. When u hear that Adriana Evans is droppin another cd u know its a SURE THING and just go out and get and never second guess. I'm jealous of u for seeing and meeting her. Lol
@soulsista1220 It was amazing. Meeting her and telling her how much her songs meant to me over the years. I was in high school in London when her first album dropped, and it helped me through some hard time. I leaned on that record, and it injected a lot of positivity into my system. It was also cool to meet other fans of Adriana. Its been a private joy since I first discovered her music in the late 90's. Although I've shared copies of her debut to friends, it seem good taste is hard to come by.
Thumbs up for the sax solo too !

@bolder2009 Right, and if my memory serves me correctly I heard "Seein Is Believin" before I heard "On & On" by Erykah Badu.
