  • whats the difference in a 3 wt, rod and a 5 wt.? im startin fly fishn this year and id like to know...i have a 7 wt. scientific anglers rod and reel(it came in a kit)

  • the lower the number the lighter the rod. it all depends on what you are fishing for, a 7wt is really heavy for fishing trout where i am. i think one the perfect rods for trout fishing is a 8 1/2 foot 5wt.

  • i fish there evry weekend i always use jointed rapalas... brownt trout immitation is the very best....

  • o,ok....ill b usin mine for bass,panfish,walleye,etc...can­t wait...ive been practicing on the water and i can cast almost clear across the pond...but it doesnt matter when they aren`t biting..haha
