  • Thanks so much, I was looking for a video to intro why art was important, and this is said with such passion!!

  • Hit it right on the nail. Amazing job!

  • Way to go, Pittsburgh Filmmakers!!!

  • Art can and will exist, for all time, without the need for public funding. Some of the greatest art of all time was created before the NEA existed and started spending your tax dollars on it's subjective whims.

  • bravo

  • Fantastics - support the arts! They make the life we live worth living!

  • Great piece of advocacy. Thank you for helping to move our combined argument forward,

We look forward to adding Maine's voice to this in the months to come.

  • A world of gratitude to Pittsburgh Filmmakers/Pittsburgh Center for the Arts and the creators of this for giving voice to this vital understanding that other cultures grasp SO easily yet which somehow eludes the policy makers of our culture. We must continue to educate & remind government of this universal truth which clearly was not imparted to many of its members along the way...and THAT being an outcome of a significant deficiency within the culture of the USA. Let's turn this around!

  • Digital filmmaking is currently a main focus of the art world. The art of digital filmmaking is not only affordable but is also a great venue for communicating with and educating the public. A picture will be painted for those politicians who have neglected to keep art at the forefront of the current budget. Politicians will soon become more aware of the digital age and how it relates to the arts.

    Aduzi

  • Powerful case for public support of the arts!
