Originally from CNN, It chillingly depicts the debris cloud and subsequent fog of destruction left after the Collapse of the WTC south tower. The eerie electronic wails heard are the locator beacons of firefighters who have stopped moving after the collapse. The beacons are worn to help the other firemen locate the incapacitated firefighter in the event of an emergency.

  • I wonder if the cameraman is still alive OR if his health has improved since that day OR if he is much sicker as a result of breathing in all of that pulverized building dust....

Imagine all of that asbestos and concrete and god-knows-what-else that turned to fine dust from such massive forces!

  • @BalikX

  • Its sad hearing all the maday noises

  • fucking video sucks.

Stealing from CNN? Kill yourself, asshole.

  • @KillahB89 He was doing his job as an MD under exceptional circumstances. No one was paying him to be there.

  • These people are professionals. They kept doing their job in the face of immediate terror.

  • Yup, that Doctor is a true hero, along will all the other rescue and medical personnel who were there on the day. R.I.P to all the victims.

  • He was at least 300 feet from the tower, and covered about 40-60 feet running. Must have been terrible.
