I have often heard that the WHF lineage players regard their "San Hua Shou" (3 Flower Hands) very highly. Now I understand why. Excellent display of contrasting explosive speed and power with flexible and yielding energy. No doubt Master Chuy understands the usage of all the techniques in this form. Yes Tse SiBak, this form along with the Tiger Tail 3 Sectional staff and the CCK 7 Sectional Chain whip are the forms my Sifu perfomed the most since the 70's, 80's and 90's. I heard he is going to release the other two forms next.

Yes, it is an Advanced Level form and Chuy SiHing was able to present the form in an advanced level way with speed and power, rigid and flexiable, alternate the high and low stances with well balance. That's advanced techniques with mantis theroies. That's the way this advanced form should look like. Thanks for sharing!
