i am newbie to turbo kicking class,where can i find more turbo kicking move, so i can self improve when i going back to class. i look so funny at my first class. please help me out here people thank you

i go to 24 hour fitness in texas our round 36 is way different same music more kickboxing then dancing

thanks for the comment. Every instructor is different, therefore each class' style is different. I'm glad your kickboxing class is more kickboxing. My class loves dancing. Maybe Texas doesn't know how to get down like us Californians. =)
