Rita can avoid Spiral Draco's all attacks, because I used "Absorption".
Absorption skill negates spells when casting a spell of the same element.
But, when casting a spell of fire element (including Meteor Storm),Rita can avoid not only fire spell but also physical attack.
So If you equip Rita with Perfect Magic, she can avoid almost any attack.
