Nah, I think it was just the full one. They often have a long one then save money (and it's less annoying to viewers) to just play shorter ones later in the run.

It stands for National Road Motorists Association (or something like that) - although NRMA is New South Wales based, other states have different equivalents.

With a nice little jingle we can all sing along too. The new NRMA ads are crap these days... 'with the money I saved, I was able to buy a new pair of boots'... woopy!
