looking to get Painter 11 then upgrade to 12...Im really used to CS2. Does painter have most of the same tools such as the shapes and blending tools. History tab and a large number of layers are very important to me, plus the lighting effects. Is this a good alternative to photoshop, or is there a reason its so much cheaper?
Question...for enlargements, the pixelation problem comes up..can only enlarge some photos so much, depending on the camera pixels...but is there anything in the corel program to kind of soften or lessen pixelation as it gets larger...i want to make an internet photo, with their permission, into a 13 x 18 or something like that..but with the edges as smooth as can be done on the computer.... anyone...
