bobby's the man! Corporate surf companies..selling out for sure trying to get all the young up and coming surfers (sales demographic) on tour without paying their dues. gonna miss him..... :-(

Is this what surfing has really come to. We gather the best surfers in the world and have them paddle around in 2 foot waves all because its New York. Top city but a must go to surfing destination. I don;t think so!

surfing is a money indutry now! thats why I feel sorry for those surfers that because they surf good they think they are better than anyone! When they dont and never will understand the true surfing spirit. With love to all the true surfers out there, that put the hard yards in for only a couple of seconds enjoying what surfing is all about, soul riding!

There's a time, place, and forum to protest the current format for the ASP world tour. Better to keep your mouth shut and find others who agree with you to make a better case for changing this "halfway cutoff". Instead you've alienated fans, sponsors, and killed your chances to be in the tour next year. but then again, you "don't wanna be a part of this dumb, wanna-be tennis tour"...
