Hooping at National Get Outdoors Day - Denver, CO

The National Get Outdoors Day in Denver, Colorado was held at City Park on June 13th, 2009. This video is a small glimpse of the activity of the Hoop Booth in the health zone. People of all ages stopped by to give hooping a whirl. This is not the 1950's craze that many remember. Hooping is a fun fitness that gets you smiling and feeling good while getting in shape.
