Longer, taller and wider than the standard Prius, the v (for "versatile") model has nearly 60% more cargo volume. It will also have better fuel economy than any SUV, crossover or wagon on the market. It's aimed at active families who would like more room and utility than the iconic Prius hybrid. Detailed walkaround of Prius v. at launch held Charlotte, NC 06.07.11

  • I really wish people would STFU! talking about hard plastics on the dash; the damn car is suppose to be light-weight WTF would it be doing with anything else, but plastic as a dashboard. Uuh! Acting so damn stupid, who the fuck gives a damn about the hard/softness of the dashboard ...well IDGAF.

  • is it v5???

  • ugh, garbage.

  • Wow, i was in love with the regular Prius five but after seeing this and other vids of the prius V with so much more room, the regular Prius looks like a go cart in comparison. It would be nice to get this one just in case you in the additional room years down the line..the regular prius backseat area is so tight and hardly any trunk room and even in the front, u got that middle console taking up space....this has so much room, i'm in love but don't like the staion wagon look

  • I think I just made viewer 6001.

  • those seats look like they're rock hard

  • @MXsporttourer Sounds good! At least it is a step up, which shows that Toyota is going to improve again!

  • @adambot3000 The dashboard is the same as the Prius but there is soft-touch material on the glovebox and driver's side dash area immediately behind the steering wheel. The rest of the dashboard is hard plastic, so a partial step-up from the current Prius.

  • What's the interior quality like in this car? Is it flimsy like all other Toyotas or is it actually well-finished with soft touch materials?

  • new generation of station wagons
