@noknights123 the mod is glitchy. The author stopped working on it. You have to go into the GECK and change stuff around. Look at the forum on the mod page and you'll find instructions on how to fix it.

If I had to choose to be any living thing in New Vegas when this happens, I'd be a Legendary Deathclaw. Because Deathclaws are the #2 anti-zombie weapon thanks to their claws, #1 is Chuck Norris.

@minis75 No. You cant get PC mods for Xbox. The only thing you can do to mod your xbox Fallout is use an file profile editing program (to bump up you SPECIAL and level and skills, those kinds of things)

@Itruepk You probably extracted only part of the mod, or dont have archive invalidation installed correctly. I suggest you use FOMM from the nexus and enable Archiveinvalidation under the tools menu.
