floyd the fraud knew the existence of PEDs long before Manny fought in the US. floyd had fought previously his opponents without demanding random testing! When Manny became a boxing superstar, floyd got envious, he came out of his retirement, and together with his seriously injured (impaired speech) father, floyd senior, they concocted the PEDs issue to destroy Manny in the bar of public opinion. floyd started the "hate campaign" by appearing in UStream and attacked Manny of racist insults!!

When Shane fought floyd, they submitted to USADA's random blood testing, however, for unknown reasons, USADA discontinued the test 18 days prior to the fight! Arguments both fighters didn't know there was no further test (I AGREE)! But floyd knew Shane's history of PEDs use, then WHY DID floyd REMAINED SILENT, he didn't object, WITHIN THE 18 DAYS OF USADA's NON-TESTING? Simple answer, the ENTIRE TESTING WAS ONLY FOR A SHOW! A FRAUD! Truth is, it WAS an 18 days cut off random blood testing!!
