Doing pirate radio seems to be a dutch tradition. I remember listening to dutch pirate radio when I was a kid. No commercials and allways the best music.

technically, it is illegal, over a certain wattage without a license from the FCC (here in the states). sure it's a stupid concept, but rules are rules.

@soldeerboutje Whats the range on it mate? What would i need for about 40miles?(PM me if needs be). Im also in a coastal area so how do i check for coast gaurd frequencies ect,lifeboat and maritime rescue?

@PistolPete2 Christ......they say Dutch (i think the Frisian dialect too) and German is close to English.....i understood everthing you wrote there....About the fuse and bulb ect.
