I like this music the best in the game. I still think this is the best game in the series the only thing it lacked was decent crashes.

akklam used to make its own burnout track, until it was bankrupted and ea aquirred burnout,then on burnout revenge the tracks were copyrighted by other artists.probley burnout 3 wasnt a bad idea after all. my favorite tracks in all was fly over and helicopter and honest mistake(super discount remix)

Burnout 1 and 2 are still the best in the series IMO. It just never felt the same once EA had a large influence in the later games.

I still remember the first time I played this, I think it was back in 2003 on the good 'ol Xbox.
The first time I practiced dodging, I crashed into a car head on coming the opposite direction, and spun back into my lane - Only to be T-boned by a semi.
I've been hooked ever since.

My personal favourite was Burnout 2,
it just had that certain feeling about it that made it fun to drive..
Maybe it was the way the physics engine was done, I don't know.
..Well that and the awesome soundtrack that was even boost-sensitive.
They really need to make a burnout in this same style with the old physics and gameplay, but the new crashes and awesome visual efects.
