Ann Cooper was a celebrity chef before she wrote a book, Bitter Harvest. She has spent the past three-plus years as head lunch lady for the Berkeley school system. Ann's mission is to make sure every kid gets the healthy lunch he or she needs.

And Californian schools don't allow Jamie Oliver? Sigh, America. SIGH!

He might not be American, but Americans love food and he was just trying to make better food.

Ann Cooper took his place, positively. And I wish to see this trend spreading quick before America starts to creak under with obesity and diabetes.

Healthy food might not be cheap, but it helps you gain the money you lose on medical help to your self-caused illnesses and pay your missing health insurance.

@Zeptacular No problem at all, I rather enjoyed the video and agree with it. The fact you can't take a tiny sarcastic remark over the internet without resorting to "fat kid" name calling, tells me that you're probably a fat kid yourself. But it's all gravy, because the sooner you realize that hating your life and getting angry towards other on the internet will only increase your anger and make you more fat, the sooner you'll get your shit together, drop some pounds and maybe get a girlfriend.
